The Catalyst team for residential courses includes a dedicated wellbeing officer who will be on-site throughout the course ensuring that all students have someone to talk to if they have any concerns. Also resident throughout the course is our activities coordinator, who is responsible for evening activities, sports, excursions and social events. They are supported by a wider summer school team who help to facilitate trips and other outdoors or off-site activities.

Every member of the Catalyst team has an enhanced DBS
check and all key staff have at least five years’ experience of
working with young people.
